Brookfield Barn
Brookfield Barn is hidden away from everything in a beautiful location near Horsham, West Sussex. We chose this venue because as soon as we saw it we loved it, its perfect for all our friends and family come rain or shine.
For our friends and family flying in for our special day, Brookfield Barn is located 25mins away from London Gatwick Airport, Gatwick is located near the town of Crawley, West Sussex, 27 miles south of Central London.
Brookfield Barn has substantial parking available onsite for those that are driving, Should you wish to leave your car overnight this can be arranged for a limited number of cars. Please let us know.
Brookfield Barn bar will close at 23:30 and the party will wrap up at 23:45, carriages at midnight.

The Ceremony
For all guests making their own way to Brookfield Barn please make sure you arrive before 2:40pm to take your seats for the ceremony.
The bar at Brookfield Barn will be open prior to the Ceremony from 1:45pm, for those that would like to wet their whistle before the ceremony (we certainly will).
Please do not bring confetti, unless it is real petal confetti only for after the ceremony.
We ask you to choose a seat not a side as we're all family once the knot is tied.
Children
As much as we would love to share our day with your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to restricted numbers. The only children on the day will be our beautiful flower girls, bridesmaids and handsome page boys.
Dresscode
We kindly ask that ladies do not wear black or white. Ladies are invited to wear hats or fascinators. We are hoping for a sunny day!
Post-Wedding Garden Party
We would love to see you the day after our wedding day to swap photos and stories before we head off on our mini moon. Please join us for a garden party on Sunday, 9th June 2019 from 12:00-15:00 and let us know if you are able to attend via the RSVP.

Accommodation
We have reserved rooms at The Arora Hotel Gatwick Crawley for the night of the wedding reception.
The Arora Hotel Gatwick Crawley is 15mins away from Gatwick airport and 20mins away from Brookfield Barn.
Rooms are available at a special rate:
- £70.00 room only (singles/doubles/twins)
- £130.00 room only (family room)
- £10.00 breakfast per person

Transportation
We have arranged transport to and from Brookfield Barn. Pick up point will be at The Arora Hotel Gatwick Crawley. Time of pick up to be confirmed upon confirmation of numbers.
Those not staying at The Arora Hotel Gatwick Crawley but still wish to jump on the bus, you are all more than welcome. However, the bus will only pick up and drop off at the Arora Hotel Gatwick Crawley.
Please confirm if you would like seats on the bus when completing the RSVP.
Carriages from Brookfield Barn must be arranged for midnight pick up and booked in advance.

WHAT TO BRING
YOURSELVES - your company is all that we require on our special day.
There will be two very special people who will not be with us to celebrate our wedding day. They will be in our hearts and thoughts throughout the day.
In honour of their memory, there will be donation boxes should you wish to help raise funds for two very worthy charities close to our hearts.
